Service Representative Support Specialist
What will you do:
* Manage calibration and testing of all test equipment & safety equipment, following ISO and ATSM standards, including all vendor communications, organization and documentation.
* Assist field teams in truck safety equipment management.
* Execute warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and preparing orders following established procedures.
* Process shipments accurately while maintaining inventory control & overstock control.
* Support daily warehouse activities by following safety protocols and operating procedures.
* Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment.
* Develop & review processes for material management to improve productivity and cost control.
* Support field execution teams in preparing tools & material for projects.
* Assist or lead in loading unloading service vehicles.
* Take ownership to coordinate material receipts for projects communicating with Field Teams, project managers, order managers and plants to ensure material expedites are executed and followed up effectively.
* Participate on local teams to improve site conditions, productivity, and performance.
* Lift 35 lbs.

* Maintain expected progress of jobs in area of assignment and communicate problem areas or parts shortages.
* Observe good housekeeping and safety procedures and keep equipment, tools and work area clean and orderly by performing 5-S duties and continued dedication to raising the bar.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
* High school diploma or G.E.D.
equivalent from an accredited school required.
* Two or more years of experience in electrical service planning and material management environment is considered an asset.
* A basic understanding of electrical systems and how they work
* Ability to use basic tools in a supervised preparation environment.
* Able to multitask and work in a team environment.
* Self motivated, energetic and capable of working in a very fast paced environment with minimal supervision.
* Ability to work overtime during the week and on weekends, as required.
* Ability to provide support in a construction site environment for material handling and non technical work.
* Strong computer skills including, MS Office, SAP, SMS & Salesforce.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
* Clean drivers license
* Physical capability to perform warehouse duties safely and efficiently
* Excellent organizational skills and commitment to accuracy
