Overview
This position is responsible for managing the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of documentation related to quality control and test processes and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITY(Equipment or Process, Material or Product, Safety of Others, Work of Others)
* Reviewing and verifying quality control documents, including inspection reports, test results, and other compliance records, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Organizing and maintaining a documentation system for easy retrieval and reference.
* Collaborating with quality control and production teams to collect, update, and archive quality-related documents and records.
* Conduct regular audits of quality control documentation to identify discrepancies, non-conformities, and areas for improvement.
* Assisting in the preparation of documentation for quality audits and regulatory inspections.
* Supporting the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems and documentation procedures.
* Providing administrative support to the quality control department, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
* Performs other tasks as may be requested to ensure the effective and continuous utilization of assets.

* Special safety shoes designed for work are required.
* Safety glasses are required.
* Noise level is within normal and acceptable standards for the environment.
* Proper use of various hand tools and cutting tools is required.
SKILL(Education, Experience, Initiative and Ingenuity):
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality management or documentation is a plus.
A college degree is a plus.
* Proficiency in using document management software in Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to read and understand complex blueprints.
* Ability to work independently.
* Proven experience within a manufacturing or quality control environment.
* Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to document review and verification.
* Familiarity with quality control documentation standards, procedures, and best practices.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
EFFORT(Physical Demand, Mental or Visual Demand)
* Must have excellent natural or corrected vision.
* Ability to lift 26 pounds.

* Safety glasses are required.
* Additional safety attire may be required when performing electrical tests.
* Work is performed in a secured test environment in a manufacturing plant.
* Noise level is within normal and acceptable standards for environment.
