The Role: Commercial Excellence Lead
Overview of the role:
This role is responsible for Commercial Excellence in the Philippines, connecting with Global Marketing, Operations, Businesses, Segments, HR, Finance and subject matter experts across the organization to enable the Sales & Marketers in the region to focus on the company's 2025 Strategic Priorities thru 4 vehicles: trainings & communities, key processes, cadences/ reports/ tools and strategic initiatives deployment.

* LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Enable Strategic Initiative Deployment
* Go Industry & Reshaping Partner Network
* Sales & Marketing Efficiency

Qualifications - External
Who would be successful?
* Bachelor's Degree Graduate or Above
* Understanding Schneider Electric's products and competitors are an advantage.
* At least 6 years relevant work experience in technology-enabled sales, marketing or business development roles with focus on transformation.
* Extensive Program Management experience: defining, developing, implementing, executing and managing
* Operational excellence mind-set and experience.
* Highly analytical, and data-driven with excellent problem-solving skills.
Adept at simplifying complexity and developing scalable propositions.
* Ability to multitask and manage portfolio of cross-functional projects within the program - work prioritization, planning, collaboration, and management.
* Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
Ability to effectively lead and work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities.
Others: Visionary with ability to look at the big picture
* Pro-active, entrepreneurial, innovative and self-motivated
* Exceptional communication (verbal and written) & presentation skills.
* Demonstrate good personal and project leadership & management, including the ability to positively challenge in a solution finding framework
