A Brief Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing process efficiencies within our plant by utilizing Lean methodologies such as 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.

You will provide plant-wide support and become a subject matter expert in optimizing production processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective project execution.

As the internal Process Engineer, you will oversee new projects, including bottle and label changes, new product lines, and production line improvements, while bridging the gap between account managers, production teams, and external customers.

You will also be responsible for mapping material flows, conducting production data analysis, and recommending efficiency improvements.

What you will do


* Provide comprehensive plant support by becoming a subject matter expert in key processes to ensure projects are completed efficiently and cost-effectively from start to finish.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, while developing best practices, streamlined routines, and innovative solutions to enhance production rates, improve output quality, and reduce costs.


* Identify the 7 wastes, reviewing total productive maintenance, creating loss analysis and compiling downtime charts using Six sigma tools (Problem Solving, Failure Mode and Effective Analysis (FMEA) Process Mapping, Value Added Flow Analysis, Seven Wastes, Takt time, 5S, Value System Mapping).


* Manage new projects coming to the site, such as bottle changes, label updates, and new product lines.

Coordinate between on site Account Managers and key departments—batching, inventory, production, quality, and warehouse—to ensure smooth project execution.
