Registered Nurse (RN)

Compensation: $50-$55 Depends on the experience

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team.

The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients, coordinating with other healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare team members.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, post-treatment care, and medication usage.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
• Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate care and support.
• Ensure patient safety and always comfort.
• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and standards of care.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications:
• Current and valid RN license in CA.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing (ADN or BSN); BSN preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification (ACLS, PALS may be required depending on specialty).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records POC system
Work Environment:
• May include shifts during weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Physical demands include standing for long periods, lifting patients, and responding quickly in emergencies.
Compensation: $50-$55 Depends on the experience
