As we continue to grow, we are expanding our team and looking for experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join us!

Position Details


* Schedule: Full-Time all shifts AM PM and NOC


* Pay Rate: $24 - $28/hour (depending on experience)

Job Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides high-quality, compassionate care to residents while supporting clinical and operational needs.

This role plays a key part in ensuring resident comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities


* Observe residents and report changes in condition or needs to appropriate staff


* Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests


* Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges


* Support daily living activities and resident care procedures


* Serve meals and distribute/pick up meal trays


* Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members


* Assist with departmental tasks as directed by the supervisor

Qualifications


* Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required


* Previous experience in a healthcare or skilled nursing setting preferred


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused
