Commercial Administrator

Enersense Engineering is currently looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our client's data centre project team and support their construction sites in Helsinki, Finland.

Main tasks and responsibilities:


* Process orders according to company procedures and guidelines


* Handle general administrative duties, data entry, and various ad hoc office tasks


* Maintain, update, and organise project documentation


* Monitor document comments and follow up on pending responses


* Provide reporting and deadline support to the Quantity Surveyor team


* Participate in project meetings and assist in tracking action points


* Work will be performed on-site

Requirements:


* Suitable educational background for the position
2-3 years of experience in an administrative role (experience in construction, engineering, finance, or a related field is considered an advantage)


* Strong organisational and administrative capabilities


* Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are essential


* Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously


* Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork


* Good command of English (written and spoken)
