Industrial Project Manager - Senior Professional
Join our dynamic Industrialization team and drive excellence in industrial innovation! We're seeking an Industrial Project Manager - Senior Professional to lead cutting-edge industrialization initiatives and shape the future of our manufacturing processes.
What will you do:
* Lead industrial projects across the full project lifecycle, from planning through implementation and launch
* Coordinate program vendor activities, including design, tooling, equipment, and parts suppliers to ensure optimal cost, delivery, and quality targets
* Drive new product introduction (NPI) activities, ensuring smooth transition from development to industrialization and operational readiness
* Coordinate cross-functional teams involved in new product development, including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and business stakeholders
* Manage the introduction of new offers, ensuring alignment between product, operations, and market needs
* Monitor and drive project performance related to timeline, quality, cost, and execution risks
* Lead problem-solving and decision-making across complex project environments
* Manage, coach, and support team members, fostering performance, engagement, and capability development
* Provide clear status updates and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders
* Anticipate project risks and develop mitigation plans to protect delivery and business outcomes
* Contribute to continuous improvement in project management practices, industrial processes, and team effectiveness
Requirements:
* Demonstrated track record in manufacturing project management and NPI leadership
* Strong expertise in supply chain activities and manufacturing technologies
* Proven ability to prepare detailed quotations for piece cost and tooling
* Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
* Technical proficiency in providing launch support at assembly locations
* Solid understanding of industrial processes, project governance, and product lifecycle management
* Demonstrated ability to lead through complexity, ambiguity, and change
* Experience in risk management, planning, and execution follow-up
* Advanced English Level
