What you will do

The Supply Planning Team Lead plays a critical role in delivering key Supply Chain performance metrics, including Customer Service (Unit Fill Rate), Inventory ($ and Days of Supply), and SLOB.

This role provides both people leadership and functional leadership across supply planning activities, balancing tactical execution with strategic planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities


* Lead, supervise, and develop Supply Planners and/or Supply Co-Ops based on evolving business needs.


* Coach and influence supply planners both within and outside the direct scope of responsibility to drive consistent, high-quality planning practices.


* Own end-to-end supply planning activities across manufacturing sites, existing products, and new product launches.


* Execute tactical supply planning while contributing to more strategic initiatives such as: Rough-cut capacity planning, New product introduction (NPI) processes, Organizational and process design.


* Optimize interactions across manufacturing, forecasting, inventory management, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to ensure alignment and performance.


* Partner closely with manufacturing sites to ensure supply plans are executable by monitoring capacity, component availability, and constraints.


* Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve product supply, capacity, and customer service risks.


* Advise management and cross-functional teams on current and projected product supply status for both existing portfolios and future launches.


* Lead or participate in special projects leveraging Six Sigma / Process Excellence methodologies to drive continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
