Flint Hill Resources Pipeline & Terminals is seeking a Pipeline Integrity Engineer to perform data-driven integrity risk assessments for our transmission pipeline assets.

The successful candidate will apply engineering judgment and data analytics to identify, prioritize, and mitigate threats to asset integrity, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable operations.

Our Team

Our team, consisting of pipeline integrity engineers and specialists, is dedicated to identifying, assessing, and mitigating threats for FHR owned and operated pipeline assets.

We apply an ownership mindset to make critical, risk-based decisions grounded in economic thinking and responsible stewardship, supported by detailed engineering analysis.

What You Will Do


* Perform comprehensive integrity and risk assessments by integrating all available and necessary data (in-line inspection, GIS, CP/IC data, third-party damage, operations, etc.) to identify underlying threats, failure modes, and risk drivers.


* Evaluate inspection data and perform fitness-for-service, remaining life, and consequence assessments.


* Translate risk analysis into recommendations for repairs, maintenance strategies, and other preventative and mitigative activities.


* Produce clear technical presentations to communicate analysis findings to technical teams and leadership.


* Collaborate with various capabilities, including operations, corrosion control, and damage prevention, to collectively achieve safety and performance goals.


* Prepare for and participate in regulatory and third-party audits; maintain documentation and evidence of compliance and risk management activities.


* Stay updated of industry best practices, regulations, and emerging technologies in pipeline integrity to inform decision-making.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Bachelor's degree in engineering or 5 years of related pipeline integrity experience (i.e.

pipeline risk analysis, ILI interpretation, fitness-for-service assessments, corrosion/CP analysis, pipeline data integration, DOT Part 192 or 195 compliance)


* Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship

* Significant skills working with multiple large datasets; query, format, manipulate, contextualize, and interpret (experience with SQL, Python, etc.).


* Strong knowledge of pipeline integrity principles, regulations, and industry standards.
