Room Attendant

A Housekeeping Room Attendant ensures guest rooms and public areas are spotless, sanitized, and fully stocked to meet company standards.

Responsibilities include cleaning bathrooms, changing linens, vacuuming, restocking amenities, and responding to guest needs.

They must have high attention to detail, physical stamina, and a friendly demeanor.

Key Responsibilities


* Cleaning: Thoroughly cleaning, sanitizing, and tidying guest rooms and bathrooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning mirrors.


* Linen & Bedding: Changing bed linens, making beds, and replacing used towels with clean ones.


* Restocking: Replenishing amenities such as toiletries, soap, toilet paper, coffee/tea supplies, and cleaning/restocking mini-bar snacks.


* Maintenance & Security: Reporting any technical issues, damages, or necessary repairs to management.

Ensuring guest privacy and following all security guidelines.


* Guest Services: Addressing guest inquiries, special requests, and lost-and-found items professionally.


* Supply Management: Managing and cleaning the housekeeping cart, maintaining a neat, organized supply closet, and monitoring inventory.
