Pacific Coast Post Acute is seeking dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our team for PM (Evening) and NOC (Overnight) shifts.

Compensation & Schedule


* Pay Rate: $39 - 40.00 per hour


* Status: Part -time


* Shifts Available:
+ PM (Evening)
+ NOC (Overnight)


* Location: Salinas, CA

Key Responsibilities


* Collaboration: Partner with the Administrator and DON to meet daily staffing and PPD goals.


* Communication: Maintain a professional and calm disposition with residents, families, and staff.


* Scheduling: Review and maintain daily staffing schedules to ensure consistent quality of care.


* Training: Develop goals for in-service trainings and maintain accurate records and reports.


* Compliance: Attend committee meetings and ensure all services meet facility and state requirements.

Requirements


* Licensure: Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.


* Certification: Valid BLS/CPR certification.


* Qualities: A positive attitude, a love for helping others, and a desire to learn.
