The Opportunity


* Position: Experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)


* Status: Full-Time


* Shift: AM Shift


* Location: Burlingame, CA


* Pay Rate: $40.00 - $44.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Your Impact & Responsibilities

As a vital member of our clinical team, you will drive the recovery process through high-level nursing oversight and compassionate care:


* Personalized Rehabilitation: Deliver tailored nursing services designed to meet each resident's unique recovery milestones.


* Clinical Judgment: Exercise advanced critical thinking to make independent decisions that directly improve patient outcomes.


* Professional Communication: Manage precise clinical documentation and serve as a primary liaison between families and the interdisciplinary medical team.


* Precision Implementation: Execute physician orders and complex clinical instructions with total accuracy and attention to detail.


* Clinical Leadership: Act as a reliable, experienced anchor for our residents and a resource for the nursing team during the AM shift.

Qualifications


* Licensure: Must possess an active, valid California LVN license.


* Experience: Proven experience in geriatric, post-acute, or skilled nursing rehabilitative care is required.
