Opportunity Overview

We have an exciting new opportunity to help build the execution engine of Schneider Electric's Energy Management Software & Services organization.

This is a unique moment to help shape "how we deliver"-bringing software and services together across a complex portfolio and ensuring the CTO's strategic priorities translate into real, measurable progress.

The initial mandate for this role is to lead delivery of a new software platform from concept through general availability, partnering closely with Engineering, Product, and Architecture to turn vision into a shipped product.

For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $150,000 - $165,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Role Purpose

The Senior Project Manager drives high-impact software platform initiatives from concept through general availability-establishing governance, managing engineering and cross-team dependencies, and ensuring predictable execution against release commitments.

This role is expected to hold senior leaders accountable for commitments, timelines, and outcomes while maintaining strong partnerships across a matrixed environment.
