As the Executive Director at Brookdale Hockessin, you will be the key leader responsible for all daily operations, employee relations, and resident engagement.

You will lead with compassion while driving exceptional business results, overseeing everything from care standards to marketing, ensuring the community remains a premier choice for senior living.

To be an Executive Director (ED) at a Senior Living Community in Delaware, you must hold a valid Delaware Assisted Living Administrator license or similar licensure, be at least 21, and pass background checks.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience.

Full-time associates in role are eligible for an annual bonus incentive and sales referral bonuses.

Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.
