Summary - basic function of the role

The Sales Operations Specialist supports the assigned Branch location and/or vertical market, will be responsible for supporting outside salesmen and occasionally be the contact person handling all walk-in customers.

The incumbent responds to customer questions, identifies up-selling opportunities, setting customer meetings, closing orders.

They build rapport with customers by probing for needs and recommending appropriate solutions.

Success is measured by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives, while ensuring the optimum customer experience and satisfaction.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, occasional evenings and weekends may be required

Location: In-office Monday - Thursday, Friday optional work-from-home
