As a Principal, Agentic Treasury Product Strategy in the Product Organization, you will help us define and deliver an agentic treasury platform that maps to real-world treasury workflows and decision-making.

You will engage directly with corporate treasury leaders to surface workflow gaps and translate those insights into clear product priorities.

You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists, bringing senior judgment and domain authority to influence the roadmap without relying on formal authority.

You will help us earn practitioner trust by setting the right scope of automation and autonomy across different treasury environments.

Job responsibilities


* Engage corporate treasury leaders to identify workflow gaps, data friction, and decision bottlenecks that our product should solve.


* Synthesize qualitative input from client conversations into structured insights that inform product prioritization.


* Define corporate treasury workflows (e.g.

cash positioning, intraday liquidity management, payment initiation and reconciliation, foreign exchange exposure management, and bank relationship management) into clear product requirements.


* Evaluate where agentic and AI-native capabilities create meaningful leverage in treasury workflows and where they introduce operational, control, or adoption risk.


* Challenge product direction when proposed capabilities add friction, weaken controls, or fail to align to practitioner reality.


* Shape the product category narrative by clarifying what an agentic treasury platform is, which problems it solves in sequence, and how trust is established with a practitioner audience.


* Author strategy materials that communicate the product's point of view with precision and credibility, in partnership with product and design.


* Partner day-to-day with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to guide roadmap decisions and scope definition.


* Represent practitioner-level credibility in discussions with senior finance stakeholders, focusing on problem definition and solution design rather than sales.
