Position Summary

Santa Cruz Post Acute is seeking a reliable and compassionate Full-Time Dietary Aide to join our team.

You will play a key role in supporting nutrition services for our residents while ensuring a clean and pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities


* Assist with meal preparation and tray assembly according to dietary plans


* Serve meals and deliver trays to residents in a timely manner


* Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures


* Clean dishes, kitchen equipment, and dining areas


* Stock and organize kitchen supplies


* Provide courteous and respectful interaction with residents and staff

Qualifications


* Previous dietary, food service, or healthcare experience preferred (not required)


* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment


* Strong attention to detail and cleanliness


* Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented


* Passion for providing excellent service to residents
