Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in CO

Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility a plus!

Proficient in Nethealth and Point Click Care a plus!

Rate: $45-$52/hour



*$3,000 Bonus paid: $1,500 paid after 90 days, $1,500 paid after 6 months - bonus for active, full-time employees only - must remain in active full-time status to receive bonus
