Your Role & Impact


* Direct Care: Deliver high-quality therapeutic treatments to restore resident mobility.


* Clinical Accuracy: Maintain precise daily notes and progress reports per PT Board standards.


* Interdisciplinary Teamwork: Partner with PTs and medical staff to refine care plans.


* Education: Empower families and Restorative Aides with safe discharge training.
