HR Business Partner

This position is responsible for providing HR support to the center in areas of recruitment, new partner orientation, staff scheduling, and partner relations

Experience:


* Long term care, skilled nursing and/or long-term care experience preferred

Qualifications:


* 1-2 years of human resources experience.


* Previous experience in a senior care setting preferred


* Staffing and scheduling experience in the healthcare setting preferred


* The ideal candidate will be a self starter, able to recognize staffing needs.


* Be able to meet deadlines while handling multiple tasks.


* The ideal candidate will possess great communication and analytical skills with the ability to pay attention to detail.

Physical Demands


* While performing the duties of the job, the position requires occasional standing and sitting for long periods of time.

Must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities


* Provide recruitment support among all recruiting platforms, including online hiring, social media, and printed recruitment materials


* Coordinate onboarding process with business officer manager, including communication at carious touchpoints for new hires to assure positive first impression


* Ensure that onboarding processes are current and match the centers need


* Conduct new partner orientation


* Implement innovative programs to enhance partner engagement and retention


* Measure and track HR metrics including turnover, retention, training compliance and partner satisfaction.


* Gather and analyze retention data to determine gaps and work with center leadership to improve results.


* Oversee performance manager process and check with leadership to assure timely completion


* Promote and encourage participation in the partner satisfaction survey


* Oversee and promote company tuition reimbursement program


* Help and support center leadership in handling partner relations as needed


* Help ensure positive relationship with local schools to ensure a workforce pipeline for the future


* Maintain nursing schedule and make changes as needed


* Meet all reporting requirements and deadlines


* Other duties as assigned from time to time.
