As the CFO in Multi-Asset Solutions, you help promote business growth and oversees and manages the MAS Finance Team and sits within the Finance and Business Management organization of JPMorgan Asset Management.This individual is responsible for leading the financial agenda of MAS in close partnership with the Head of MAS Finance & Business Management, the CIO and Head of MAS, the Asset Management CFO and respective MAS CIOs/Business Heads and product leads.
Job Responsibilities
* Serve as a trusted partner to business heads in creating and executing strategic business plans and priorities.
* Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy and timeliness for key metrics such as Revenue, Expenses, Client Assets, and Flows.
* Manage annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and planning processes, including performance and variance analysis across AUM, Revenue, Expenses, and Headcount.
* Evaluate complex Institutional client relationships using holistic economic models for custom pricing and profitability.
* Collaborate with investment teams, technology, and support groups to execute new business initiatives, technology priorities, change management, and product launches.
* Champion digital-first delivery by promoting automated financial reporting solutions, dashboards, and AI tools, while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
* Support growth initiatives across the MAS platform while maintaining discipline around expenses and headcount.
* Deliver value-add financial results to management and leadership teams, serving as the main Finance contact for global stakeholders.
* Work with the broader Finance organization to deliver strategic initiatives such as optimized forecasting, budgeting, performance tracking, and reporting.
* Understand complex fund and vehicle structures/strategies and their impact on P&L reporting, including legal entity considerations.
* Effectively manage a global Finance team, foster an inclusive culture, represent senior management on AM-wide committees and forums, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, initiative, independent work ethic, creative problem-solving, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to analyze and synthesize information in both individual and team settings.
