Manager - Panel Manufacturing

Location: BangaloreNature of Job Coordinate with Design, Fabrication, Busbar, Assembly & Wiring team at Franchisee for Ti panel assembly.

Responsibilities

Support to Franchisee team for BOM preparation for Noble & Fabrication components for IEC panels.

Manufacturing support to Fabrication team for sheet steel components as per BOM & drawings.

Coordinate with Busbar team for Links / Busbars manufacturing & assembly as per drawings & design guidelines.

Support to Assembly team for panel assembly & wiring.

Coordinate with LK Design for resolution of issues raised by Franchisee.

Stage inspection during Franchisee visit for compliance to LK design.

Arranging QC inspection at Franchisee after completion of assembly.

Training to Franchisee team on design guidelines, panel assembly & good manufacturing practices.

Capturing Franchisee feedback & reporting to design.

Evaluate IEC panel design & feedback for design improvement.
Minimum Educational Requirements


* Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in switchboard assembly.

Essential Skills

Technical knowledge of IEC Standards

Autocad software

MS Office Tools

Communication skills

Good analytical skill

Good Problem Solving Skill
