Crane Operator (Bridge)

Crane Operator (Bridge) - What Will You Do?


* BUILD AMERICA - Assist in multiple aspects of bridge construction across Pennsylvania.


* Operate & maintain crane and boom truck in a safe & productive manner.


* Operate excavators, backhoe/loaders, rollers, and other equipment is a plus.


* Produce quality workmanship set forth by company standards and PennDOT inspection.


* Meet production goals set by foreperson, superintendent or project manager.


* Understanding of load charts and signals given by other coworkers.


* Assist coworkers as needed.


* Work as a team to complete jobs safely and on time.


* Learn more about the Materials & Aggregate Industry in PA

Requirements - Who Are We Looking For?


* CCO Certification & PA Crane License.


* Valid Class A or B CDL, 2 years of experience, & compliant with NESL driving standards


* Willing to travel & work a variety of shifts.


* Positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn.


* Team Mindset - "The NESL Way"


* Focus on Safety, Quality, and Accuracy


* Experience in bridge construction is a plus, but not required.


* High School Diploma or GED.
