Job Description:

To provide administrative support to marketing, market access, C&PA and finance team.

Responsibility includes:


* Preapproval


* Medical approval


* Event logistics:

Flight booking + hotel accommodation for speaker(s)

Venue searching, quotation & booking

Liaison: vendor, procurement, CWT, travel agent

Meeting registration

Onsite support, materials preparation, transportation

Post event document, supplier selection approval if necessary and payment follow


* Colulepct payment document (invoice, medical approval, agreement, letter of payment)


* Database update (member list, KOL list)


* File modification and data analysis


* CBA Form & FMV form


* Master Service Agreement Management (Initiative New/Renewal agreement)


* Due Diligence Management


* Patient Assistance Program Agreement Monitoring


* Promotion Material Inventory Management


* Finance Actual Expense Data Uploading


* Staff Website Data uploading


* Vendor Creation and Management


* Office Administration
