What you'll achieve
As a Consultant within the Dell AI & Data CoE, you will lead the architecture and implementation of large-scale AI platforms for our most strategic global customers.

You are not just a builder; you are a technical visionary who helps clients navigate the complexities of the Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA and OSS.

You will bridge the gap between Dell's world-class hardware (PowerEdge, PowerScale, PowerSwitch) and the advanced software orchestration layers (NVAIE, Kubernetes, Slurm) required to turn raw silicon into business value.

You will:


* Provide technical leadership across pre-sales and post-sales engagements, leading customer workshops and designing Sovereign AI and Private Cloud AI platforms using Dell Validated Designs and Dell PowerEdge XE systems with NVIDIA AI Enterprise.


* Act as an AI/HPC Subject Matter Expert, delivering HLD/LLD architectures integrating GPUs, high-speed InfiniBand/RoCE networking, and advanced orchestration choices across bare metal and Kubernetes platforms.
Deploy, customize, and optimize OpenShift, Kubernetes, and HPC schedulers (Run:ai, Slurm) in air-gapped, sovereign, and hybrid environments, including fractional GPU utilization to maximize hardware ROI.
Architect and deliver end-to-end MLOps and GenAI solutions using Kubeflow, MLflow, ClearML, Ray, and PyTorch, enabling distributed training, fine-tuning, and multi-cluster AI management with platforms like Rafay.
Lead complex multi-stream AI infrastructure projects while contributing to practice development through reusable IP, automation (Ansible/Helm/Terraform), technical PoCs, and mentoring junior consultants to drive customer efficiency and competitive advantage.

Essential Requirements

Infrastructure Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with Dell PowerEdge (XE/R series), PowerScale storage, and PowerSwitch networking for scalable AI and HPC platforms.
• GPU & AI Orchestration: Strong mastery of NVIDIA GPU Operator, Network Operator, and NVIDIA Base Command Manager (BCM) for bare-metal and containerized AI environments.
