Automation Test Analyst

Job Responsibilities


* Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile platforms.


* Coordinate and execute UAT testing activities for new product launches and IT developments.


* Manage test execution, defect triaging, and test reporting across multiple projects.


* Ensure comprehensive test coverage by understanding business requirements and testing scope.


* Communicate test progress and issues to project stakeholders regularly.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills


* Bachelor's degree required.


* Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in test execution and defect management, with exposure to test automation (web or mobile).


* Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.


* Familiarity with mobile automation testing (Android/iOS) is highly preferred.


* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.


* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight timelines.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills


* Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.


* ISTQB or similar testing certification.


* Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.


* Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-changing environment.


* Demonstrated leadership and initiative in testing activities.
