* Oversee the production of reports and communications in support of operational or change initiatives, ensuring the quality and professionalism of service delivery within the area of responsibility.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills



* Demonstrated expertise in conducting business analysis, with a focus on data collection, integrity, utilization, requirements, and analysis, showcasing skills equivalent to 5+ years of experience.


* Advanced proficiency in computer literacy and digital proficiency, with a demonstrated ability to effectively use technology to optimize processes and enhance customer service - specifically 5+ years (or equivalent) experience with MS Access, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and Python .


* Expertise in data analytics, with a history of developing and interpreting models to offer continuous insight and drive operational improvements.
