Job Title: Weekend Receptionist (Part-Time)
Location: Santa Cruz Post Acute - Santa Cruz, CA
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays (Part-Time)

Position Summary

Santa Cruz Post Acute is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Weekend Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors.

This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment and supporting daily administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities


* Greet and assist visitors, residents, and family members in a courteous manner


* Answer and direct incoming phone calls


* Maintain sign-in logs and ensure visitor policies are followed


* Provide general information and direct inquiries appropriately


* Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry


* Coordinate with nursing and administrative staff to support facility operations


* Ensure the front desk area remains organized and presentable

Qualifications


* Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Professional demeanor with a positive, helpful attitude


* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)


* Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment


* Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail
