Schedule: Full-Time | AM & PM Shifts (weekends/holidays as needed)

What You'll Do


* Provide high-quality nursing care aligned with care plans and physician orders


* Safely administer medications and treatments


* Monitor residents and communicate any changes in condition promptly


* Lead and support CNAs and nursing staff


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including therapy and social services


* Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulations


* Respond confidently to emergencies


* Uphold infection control and safety standards

What We're Looking For


* Active California RN license


* Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred


* Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills


* Excellent communication and leadership abilities


* A compassionate, resident-first mindset
