Key Responsibilities


* Perform routine maintenance and general repairs throughout the facility


* Troubleshoot and resolve minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues


* Ensure the building and grounds remain safe, clean, and well maintained


* Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests from staff and residents


* Assist with room setups, furniture moves, and seasonal or special projects


* Support compliance with safety, health, and facility standards

Qualifications


* Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred


* Basic knowledge of building systems, tools, and equipment


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team


* Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety focused


* Positive attitude with a willingness to help others
