Compensation: Starting at $50.00+ per hour (DOE)

Your Role in Restoring Independence

Working alongside our Occupational Therapists, you will be a key player in helping our geriatric residents regain their autonomy.


* Hands-On Treatment: Implement physician-approved plans to help patients master the activities of daily living (ADLs).


* Expert Documentation: Maintain precise records and progress notes in compliance with OT Board and payer standards.


* Team Synergy: Partner with nursing staff and train Restorative Aides to ensure a high level of care continuity.


* Caregiver Empowerment: Educate families on maintenance programs to ensure a safe, successful transition home.


* Facility Excellence: Help maintain a safe, high-functioning therapy environment focused on patient outcomes.

* Licensed: A current California Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) License.
