Your Clinical Impact


* Expert Evaluations: Develop evidence-based treatment plans and secure physician approvals to kickstart the rehabilitation process.


* Functional Goal-Setting: Focus on the critical skills of daily living, empowering residents to regain their autonomy and independence.


* Mentorship: Provide clinical oversight for Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and assist in training Restorative Aides.


* Collaborative Care: Lead the way in patient care conferences and utilization reviews, ensuring seamless communication across the interdisciplinary team.


* Documentation Excellence: Maintain high standards for evaluations and progress notes in full compliance with the OT Board and third-party payers.


* Home-Going Success: Facilitate caregiver training and manage DME orders (grab bars, braces, etc.) to ensure every resident has a safe transition home.
