Clinical Leadership & Impact

As a Physical Therapist at Shadelands, you aren't just filling a shift—you are leading the path to patient independence.


* Strategic Treatment: Perform evaluations and develop evidence-based plans that drive real resident outcomes.


* Team Leadership: Provide clinical supervision to PTAs and mentor Restorative Aides to ensure continuity of care.


* Collaborative Care: Engage in patient care conferences and utilization reviews alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team.


* Smooth Transitions: Facilitate successful discharges by recommending DME (walkers, braces, etc.) and empowering families through caregiver training.


* Compliance: Maintain meticulous documentation in alignment with the PT Board and payer requirements.

* Licensed: A valid, current California Physical Therapist (PT) License.
