Your Role in Patient Success

Working under the guidance of our OTs, you will be the driving force behind our residents' return to independence.


* Direct Impact: Implement customized treatment plans to help patients master activities of daily living (ADLs).


* Collaboration: Partner with the interdisciplinary team and train Restorative Aides to ensure 24/7 care excellence.


* Education: Empower families and nursing staff with the tools and techniques needed for successful discharges.


* Clinical Excellence: Maintain high-standard documentation in compliance with the OT Board State Practice Act.


* Transition Care: Play a key role in discharge planning to ensure a safe, successful move back home.

Who We Are Looking For


* Licensed: Must hold a current California Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) License.
