Your Impact

As a COTA, you will work closely with our Occupational Therapists to help residents regain independence and achieve their highest level of function.

Key Responsibilities:


* Patient Care: Deliver high-quality treatment according to physician-approved plans.


* Collaboration: Partner with the interdisciplinary team and train Restorative Aides to ensure continuity of care.


* Empowerment: Educate families and caregivers on maintenance programs to ensure successful discharges.


* Documentation: Maintain precise, timely records in compliance with OT Board standards.


* Advocacy: Play an active role in discharge planning and transition care.
