Job Responsibilities


* Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility


* Take and record vital signs


* Support nursing staff with resident care


* Maintain a clean, safe, and compassionate environment


* Document resident information accurately

Requirements


* Active Ohio CNA certification


* Compassionate and dependable attitude


* Ability to work as part of a healthcare team


* Previous long-term care experience preferred but not always required
