Job responsibilities



* Collaborate with Sales, Client, Relationship Managers, and Underwriters to facilitate loan documentation and closing.


* Engage with clients to gather necessary items for closing, managing expectations throughout the process.


* Prepare and dispatch documentation packages, ensuring compliance with credit and asset conditions.


* Assist in researching Sales and PPT tax items, applying critical thinking skills.


* Contribute to projects aimed at improving processes and procedures.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills



* Expertise in loan origination or a closely related field, with over two years of experience and proficiency in managing and resolving conflicts through collaborative solutions.


* Advanced strategic planning capabilities, demonstrated by effective resource allocation decisions.
