Pay Range: $63,757 - $175,346+ per year (Performance-Based)

Position Summary

We are seeking a Sales Consultant who is hungry, tech-savvy, and guest-focused.

You will be responsible for guiding guests through their entire vehicle purchase journey—from the initial greeting and vehicle demonstration to the final delivery.

This is a high-volume environment where your income is directly tied to your effort and ability to build relationships.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities



* Guest Engagement: Provide a world-class experience to every guest, whether they arrive in person, via phone, or through internet leads.


* Product Expertise: Become an expert on the Hyundai lineup and our pre-owned inventory to effectively match guests with the right vehicle.


* Consultative Selling: Conduct needs-discovery interviews and professional vehicle demonstrations.


* Process Orientation: Follow our proven sales process to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction.


* Relationship Management: Utilize our CRM to maintain a robust pipeline and follow up with guests long after the sale is complete.


* Continuous Improvement: Participate in daily team huddles and ongoing sales training to sharpen your skills.

Qualifications
