Position Summary

As an Express Technician, you are the first line of defense for our customers' vehicle health.

You will perform high-quality, efficient routine maintenance—specializing in oil changes, tire rotations, and safety inspections.

This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, energetic, and eager to learn the mechanical side of the auto industry.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities



* Routine Maintenance: Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs with speed and accuracy.


* Tire Services: Execute tire rotations, repairs, and basic mounting/balancing.


* Multi-Point Inspections: Complete thorough "360 Inspections" to identify safety concerns and maintenance needs for guests.


* Quality Control: Ensure all drain plugs, filters, and caps are properly secured; keep customer vehicles clean.


* Efficiency: Maintain a fast pace to ensure quick turnaround times for our "Express" customers.


* Documentation: Accurately record all work performed and inspection results into our digital service system.


* Safety: Follow all OSHA and dealership safety protocols, including the proper handling of hazardous materials.

Qualifications



* Passion for Cars: A strong desire to learn automotive repair and technology.


* Mechanical Aptitude: Basic knowledge of vehicle systems (previous experience or trade school is a plus, but we will train the right candidate).


* Reliability: A strong work ethic and a "team-first" attitude.


* Tools: Must have (or be willing to acquire) a basic set of hand tools.


* Requirements: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
