Expert, Finance Application Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead operations and service governance for global e-invoicing applications within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) landscape.

The role ensures stable RUN operations, regulatory compliance, system availability, vendor management, and continuous improvement , innovations, across multiple regions supported by the GCC.

What will you do:

+ Lead day-to-day delivery of e-invoicing applications across global entities.
+ Govern SLAs, incidents, problems, and changes aligned to ITSM processes
+ Ensure compliance with statutory e-invoicing mandates
+ Manage integrations with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), middleware, and external providers
+ Collaborate with Process owners and business teams across finance, tax, procurement, and global P2P teams
+ Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous service improvement
+ Manage relationships with product vendors
+ Support global rollouts, regulatory updates, and platform upgrades

What will make you successful:


* 10-12 years of experience in P2P service delivery, IT operations, or application support


* Strong domain knowledge in e-invoicing platforms and compliance frameworks


* Hands-on experience with invoice processing, validations, matching, and statutory workflows.


* Solid understanding of ERP integrations (IDocs, APIs, EDI, middleware).


* Proven ability to work in multi-country, multi-time-zone GCC environments.


* Strong stakeholder management, communication, and vendor governance skills.


* ITIL certification preferred
