Job Title: Automotive B or C Technician (Service Tech)

Pay Range: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive B or C Technician to join our fast-paced service department.

In this role, you will diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide range of vehicle systems.

Whether you are an experienced C-level tech looking to jump to the next level or a seasoned B-level pro, we provide the volume and support you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities



* Diagnostic & Repair: Perform high-quality automotive repairs and maintenance as outlined on repair orders with speed and precision.


* Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough multi-point "360 Inspections" to ensure guest safety and identify necessary maintenance.


* Clear Communication: Work closely with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to provide accurate repair estimates and timelines.


* Documentation: Maintain detailed digital records of all work performed and recommended future services.


* Quality Control: Conduct road tests to verify repairs and ensure the vehicle is operating at factory standards.


* Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA and federal regulations regarding shop safety and hazardous waste disposal.

Qualifications



* Experience: Proven experience as an automotive technician (Dealership experience preferred but not required).


* Tools: Must possess your own basic tools to perform daily tasks.


* Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing engine, transmission, electrical, and braking systems.


* Certifications: ASE certifications are a major plus (and we will help you get more!).


* Requirements: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions



* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.


* Willingness to work in a shop environment with exposure to noise, vibration, and chemicals typical of the industry.

Physical Demands



* Stand and/or sit for up to 8 hours per shift.


* Lift up to forty pounds without restrictions.
