Procedure/Surgical Services Supervisor

100% FTE, day/evening shifts, Monday - Friday.

Hours between 6:30am - 6:00pm, dependent on operational needs.

We are seeking a Procedure/Surgical Services Supervisor to:


* Help lead the day-to-day operations and coordination of patient care services for the diagnostic imaging team.


* Promote staff continuing education and evidence-based practice.


* Facilitate communication, coordination and collaboration among disciplines regarding identification, planning and provision of high quality, cost-effective care.


* Utilize your strong professional communication and collaboration skills to provide constructive feedback and resolve conflicts, train/mentor staff, and resolve patient concerns.


* Be able to perform procedures, moderate sedation, critical thinking and overall flow for the new Eastpark Medical Center radiology procedures.


* Be an effective member of the Radiology/Medical Imaging management team, fostering a customer/patient focused perspective and ensuring a strong commitment to organizational service standards.

Qualifications



* Bachelor's degree of Science in Nursing Required


* Master of Science in Nursing or relevant field Preferred

Work Experience



* 2 years relevant nursing experience Required


* Evidence of leadership experience Required


* 5 years of relevant experience in clinical practice Preferred


* Leadership or supervisory experience with demonstrated success Preferred

Licenses & Certifications



* Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of WI or holds a license issued by a jurisdiction that has adopted the nurse licensure compact Required


* Current CPR/BLS Certification Required


* Current ACLS Certification Required
