As an Area Health and Wellness Director, you'll oversee clinical excellence across communities in Maryland, Virginia and Delaware--coaching teams, strengthening care delivery, and making a meaningful impact every day.

To support our Maryland communities, this role requires an active RN licensure with Delegating Nurse eligibility in the state of Maryland.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience.

Full-time associates in role are also eligible for an annual bonus incentive.

Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Education as required to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).

Nurse management, senior living, or post-acute care experience preferred.

Basic typing skills along with a working knowledge of personal computing and word processing software are required, preferably in a Microsoft Windows environment.

Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements
LPN/LVN or RN license.

Management/Decision Making
Applies existing guidelines and procedures to make varied decisions within a department.
