Compensation & Incentives


* Pay Range: $42 - $55 per hour (DOE)


* Shift Differential: Additional pay for evenings, nights, and weekends

Key Responsibilities


* Supervise and direct day-to-day nursing activities in compliance with state, federal, and facility standards


* Provide skilled nursing care, administer medications, and monitor treatment plans


* Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families to ensure quality outcomes


* Support staff development through guidance, training, and oversight


* Participate in quality assurance programs and maintain documentation per facility and regulatory requirements

Requirements


* Current RN license in Washington and CPR certification


* Minimum of 2 years nursing experience (long-term or post-acute care preferred)


* Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills


* Ability to supervise nursing staff and ensure safe, compassionate resident care
