Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Rehab Aide

Location: Lakeport, CA
Shift: Varies | Status: Part‑Time

Pay: $21/hr

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide daily nursing care and support to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting)


* Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition


* Keep residents clean, dry, comfortable, and safe


* Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility


* Monitor skin condition and report concerns


* Maintain accurate documentation and resident confidentiality


* Follow safety, infection control, and facility policies

Requirements:


* Active CNA license (state‑approved)


* Minimum 10th grade education


* Ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a team


* CPR preferred

Physical Requirements:


* Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs


* Standing, walking, bending, and assisting residents throughout shift
