RN Clinic Manager/ Clinic Manager - Allergy Clinics

Work Schedule:
This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position.

Qualified applicants must be able to work 8:00 am -4:30 pm, Monday - Friday and every fifth weekend.

This will be discussed in more detail in the interview.

This is a hybrid position with periodic onsite requirements.
Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

You will work at Junction Rd Medical Center in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Clinic Manager / RN Clinic Manager to:


* Direct and evaluate the Allergy department's workforce including staff scheduling and performance.


* Prepare operating budgets, including volume projections, expenses and revenue estimates.


* Utilize data and metrics to lead the day-to-day clinical operations and coordination of patient care services in an ambulatory setting.

Education:


* Bachelor's Degree in healthcare management, business, or related health field


* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred

Work Experience:


* Two (2) years of healthcare operations supervisory/management experience or three (3) years of progressive relevant leadership experience.

An equivalent and relevant combination of Master's level education, fellowship, or experience may be considered in lieu of total experience


* Five years progressive relevant supervisory/management experience Preferred


* Previous clinic/healthcare management experience Preferred

Licenses and Certifications:


* Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) where patients are receiving care or may work as eligible per state licensing regulations Preferred
