Clinic RN Clinical Triage

Work Schedule:

Per diem, varies Monday through Sunday and Weekends; 15% FTE, 4/8 hour day/night.

You will work at UW Health Home Health Clinic 2550 Charles St.

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Overtime

On-call pay

Qualifications



* Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing program.

Required


* Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.

Work Experience



* 2 years of clinical experience in acute or ambulatory care.

Licenses & Certifications



* Current RN licensure from the State of Illinois.
