* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related technical field) from an accredited University


* Minimum of 1 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite


* Minimum of 1 years of experience with implementation of LEAN Manufacturing tools and techniques


* Minimum of 1 years of experience with project implementation


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications


* Familiarity with Six Sigma methodology


* Previous experience with predictive, preventative, and reactive maintenance processes

Position Summary : This position is responsible for guiding efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, and processes.

Identify and manage asset reliability risks that could adversely affect plant or business operations.

Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A

Essential Duties:


* Works with project engineering to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations.

This position is responsible for adhering to the life cycle asset management (LCAM) process throughout the entire life cycle of new assets.


* Participates in the development of design and installation specifications along with commissioning plans.

Participates in the development of criteria for and evaluation of equipment and technical MRO suppliers and technical maintenance service providers.
