What you'll achieve
As a Principal Full Stack Developer, you will work with a high-performing technical team across functional groups and product lines on integrating advanced AI features and sophisticated data visualization tools to drive operational excellence.

You will be responsible for developing, scaling, and supporting a complex internal web-based system that supports our support engineers and troubleshooting processes.

You will:


* Architect and implement AI/ML capabilities to enhance automated log pattern recognition, anomaly detection, and intelligent issue classification


* Design end-to-end features using Python, FastAPI, and modern web technologies.


* Lead the evolution from template-based to AI-driven analysis, integrating LLMs into the existing processing pipeline

Optimize large-scale data processing for terabyte-scale log analysis across distributed infrastructure (RabbitMQ, Kubernetes)

Essential Requirements
7+ years full-stack experience building complex, data-intensive applications with strong proficiency in Python
Hands-on AI/ML expertise for log analysis, anomaly detection, and pattern recognition, including NLP and time-series techniques
Strong data and systems background, including relational databases (PostgreSQL, MSSQL, SQLite), query optimization, distributed systems, and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Proven ability to build scalable, high-volume systems, with experience in Docker, Kubernetes, and production ML pipelines
Solid communication skills with the ability to integrate ML models into existing Python workflows and collaborate effectively in English

Desirable Requirements
+ Experience with Grafana or other open-source data visualization and dashboarding platforms.
+ Experience with Angular framework and its implementation.
